I. requirements of battery solution

Convenience for operators to carry out mobile indoor and outdoor operation, and providing continuous, efficient and stable mobile power supply has become the biggest guarantee for the normal operation of such equipment. The solution adopts high performance electric core, which makes the whole battery have the characteristics of high energy ratio, light quality, small volume, high cycle life, high safety and consistency. The power management scheme adopts a highly intelligent SBS battery management system to effectively manage the battery safety and power.

Ⅱ. Battery design solution

1）The protection board (PCM): The main protection circuit design of rechargeable lithium battery pack. Because of its chemical properties, the lithium battery needs to provide intelligent power calculation, overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, over-current and over temperature protection functions to avoid fire, explosion and other hazards.

2）Protection IC: Chip,the main protection function of the design scheme, monitors the battery cells with overcharge, over discharge, over-current, short circuit and so on to make cells work in a safe, stable and efficient range.

3）18650 lithium ion battery cells：18650 Li-ion cell（Samsung, Panasonic）。

4）MOSFET: In the protection circuit, the MOSFET acts as a switch, so that the voltage at both ends of the load will not rise or decrease, and the voltage stability will be guaranteed.

5）Power management chip: A fully functional electric quantity meter has an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for measuring voltage and temperature, and an analog-to-digital converter for measuring current and charging sense. The electric energy meter has a microprocessor which is responsible for the detection of electricity and provides information such as remaining state of capacity and remaining run time. The host may inquire the information to the electric energy meter at any time and notify the user of the battery information. The use of the electric meter is very convenient, so that the user can keep the battery energy at any time.
