The perfect solution design of oximeter battery 2016-01-20

According to the customer's requirements and specifications, Lee&Jack Power designed the battery pack that matches oximeter, and considered its safety performance.In the design process of the whole project, Lee&Jack Power is in the derection of perfectly matching battery with oximeter, taking the safety of battery cell, battery pack and the whole system as the premise, and taking account of complying with the relevant design regulations and certification regulations as the first consideration. Meanwhile, Lee&Jack Power prevents the battery from being damaged by excessive charging, over discharge or short circuit.

I. requirements of battery design:

It is convenient for operators to carry out mobile indoor and outdoor operation, providing continuous, efficient and stable mobile power supply has become the biggest guarantee for the normal operation of such equipment. The scheme adopts high performance electric core, which makes the whole battery have the characteristics of high energy ratio, light quality, small volume, high cycle life, high safety and consistency. Power management program, the use of highly intelligent SBS battery management system, the battery safety and power efficient management.

Ⅱ. Oximeter battery design

1)The protection board (PCM): Design protection circuit mainly for polymer battery. Because of its chemical properties, the lithium battery needs to provide intelligent power calculation, overcharge, over discharge, short circuit, over-current and over temperature protection functions to avoid fire, explosion and other hazards.

2)Protection IC: Chip,the main protection function of the design scheme, monitors the battery cells with overcharge, over discharge, over-current, short circuit and so on to make cells work in a safe, stable and efficient range.

3)Ni MH battery cell

4)MOSFET: In the protection circuit, the MOSFET acts as a switch, so that the voltage at both ends of the load will not rise or decrease, and the voltage stability will be guaranteed.
